My Account

How do I change my GRMA Account details?

To change your GRMA account details, you will need to firstly ‘Login’ and then select ‘My account > Profile’ in the main menu.

Do I miss out on points if I do not have a Facebook or Twitter account?

Linking your social media accounts is just one of the ways of earning points. You receive 50 points for registering and completing your profile earns you another 30 points. You can also earn points by pre-purchasing tickets – for every euro spent, you earn 1 point. There are 5 points awarded for linking a social media account but you cannot earn these points if you do not have a social media account.

Can I have multiple GRMA Accounts?

No, you can only have one GRMA account.  If you move Club or change your GAA membership number, you will need to link this to your GRMA account to access your existing points or rewards.  You can do this via this Contact Form or calling our GRMA programme Help Desk.

When registering your GRMA account you must provide a unique email address which cannot be used on more than one GRMA account.

My profile is incomplete. How do I reach 100% completion?

You can reach 100% completion by entering the following details:

• Address Line 1
• Town
• County
• Eircode
• Mobile number

Once you have input this information, you will need to log out and back in again for these changes to take effect. You can still earn and redeem your points without having your Profile 100% complete.

Can I use my email address to register on behalf of my family/friends?

No, every GRMA account must have its own unique email address in order to successfully register.

I’ve already joined my Club, why do I need to ‘re-join’ the grma programme?

In order to comply with Data Protection legislation, we need your consent to contact you. This is why you had to specifically register for the GRMA programme in addition to registering with your Club.

When will my card arrive?

Membership cards are being sent out in batches once a month. If you have been waiting over a month, please do not hesitate to e-mail us at grma-helpdesk@gaa.ie with your full name, membership number, club name and postal address.

I am a member of two GAA Clubs. How can I benefit from the programme?

You can still remain as a member of two GAA Clubs, but you will need to choose one of these Clubs to register your GRMA membership against, in order to receive the benefits associated with the GRMA programme.

Why do I need a membership card? What’s the use of it?

You do not need your GAA membership card to avail of current GRMA rewards and offers. However, this may change going forward so we advise you to keep your card safe to ensure you will be able to redeem any card specific offers and rewards in the future.

Will I receive automated emails on offers by email/text?

Registered members will receive ongoing updates of latest Rewards & Offers via a newsletter to your email address.

Yes, you will need to have registered online and hold a valid GRMA account to start earning points on GAA activities.

How do I earn points?

To find out more and to enter your ticket barcode see Earning Points.

Will I earn points on the purchase of tickets for GAA matches?

Yes, GRMA participants will earn points on the pre-purchase of tickets for selected matches only on gaa.tickets.ie or at SuperValu/Centra outlets.

Is there a limit on the number of points I can earn?

No, the number of points you can collect is determined by the number of eligible GAA activities you complete.

Will I have additional opportunities to earn extra bonus points throughout the year?

From time to time, (and if you have ‘opted in’ to receiving emails from the GAA), we will send you personalised offers with opportunities to earn extra bonus points, partner discounts and special offers.

How soon will points earned be uploaded to my GRMA account?

In most cases, points earned will be added to your GRMA account within 48 hours. However, for some Third Party Partners, it may take longer to appear on your GRMA account.

How do I view my points balance?

To view your points balance, you will need to firstly ‘Login’ and then go to ‘My account > Profile’ in the main menu.

Can I use my points to reward my local Club?

Yes, GRMA participants can ‘donate’ their points which can then be ‘pooled’ to redeem rewards for their GAA Club.

Will my points expire?

Points will expire if unused within 18 months after the date they were earned and the points earned on a GRMA account will be reduced accordingly on a rolling 18 month basis with the oldest points being removed first.

Do you receive reward points for the purchase of a GAA Season Ticket?

Yes, each Adult season ticket is worth 120 points and each Juvenile season ticket is worth 30 points.

From the homepage, click on Earn points now and scroll down to ‘Earn points on a purchased season ticket’. Enter the 12-digit season ticket number located on the second line of your season ticket, surname and county in the relevant fields and click ‘Validate Season Ticket’. Points will then be added to your account within a few minutes.

To earn points for matches outside of Season Ticket fixtures, simply enter the ticket barcode number in the ‘Earn points on pre-purchased match tickets’ field and validate the ticket. For fixtures that only require your season ticket to enter the venue, enter your 12-digit season ticket number in the pre-purchased match tickets field, as you would a regular ticket. Points will then be added to your account equivalent to the cost of the ticket.

I am trying to redeem points for my ticket but am getting an error message when I try to enter my ticket barcode. What do I do now?

Please note that only pre-purchased tickets from tickets.ie, SuperValu & Centra stores or via your local GAA Club or County Board can be used to redeem points. Tickets purchased on match days are not eligible for points.

Tickets are eligible for points redemption from 12pm on Monday after the game has been played and must be validated within 4 weeks of the game. Ticket redemptions are strictly limited to 4 tickets per GRMA account. The relevant number of points will be added to your account within 2 hours.

If you believe that you meet all of these criteria, please email us a screenshot of the exact error message you are receiving along with a picture of your ticket(s) to grma-helpdesk@gaa.ie.

I am unable to validate my season ticket, could you please help me?

Please email us at grma-helpdesk@gaa.ie including a screenshot of the information you are entering – your season ticket number, surname and county along with the error message that appears. We will then be able to investigate further. Please make sure that you are only entering your surname and not your full name.

I am a Season Ticket Holder and have bought a ‘print at home ticket’/ a “bring a friend” ticket. It does not allow me to validate this as a Season ticket. What do I do next?

For purchased ‘print at home’ tickets, you can earn points equivalent to the cost of the ticket by entering the ticket barcode number in the ‘pre-purchased match tickets’ field. ‘Bring a friend’ tickets operate in the same way. For fixtures that require only your season ticket to enter the venue, you can earn points by entering your 12-digit season ticket number in the ‘pre-purchased match tickets’ field. Points will then be added to your account equivalent to the cost of the ticket.

How many tickets can I validate at a time?

You can validate up to 4 pre-purchased tickets per match.

Can I only redeem a Reward once?

The number of times you can redeem a Reward or Offer depends on the individual Reward or Offer. Some of the Reward/Offers are restricted to one time redemption while others allow multiple redemptions.

Where can I view my Club’s total points from donation?

We are currently developing an automated process where the Club Secretary will receive an email advising of the first points donation and a points balance statement will be emailed to the Club Secretary address once a month.

Is there a returns policy for rewards?

No, GRMA cannot facilitate returns on redeemed rewards. To ensure you receive the correct item, please ensure you check all details are correct before you redeem.
